Heidi spent 2 million on her album and now shes well pretty much broke so in order to make her money back she hopped on the cover of People magazine and gave them this story to plaster on it so they would pay her a nice amount of cash. Yes she is a plastic surgery whore and yes she got paid to be on the cover..quite a bit.
